ArcData APAC Ltd (trading as ArcData) is committed to protecting personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect contact details you give us directly, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry. When you visit our website we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies. If you become a customer we hold account, billing, service configuration and support records. Operating a network also requires us to keep traffic metadata and system logs needed to run, secure and troubleshoot our services.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver and support our services, manage billing, detect and prevent abuse or security incidents, meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including obligations to APNIC as an internet number resource holder) and improve our website and services. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed: with service providers who host our website, email and business systems; with carriers, data centre operators and partners where required to deliver a service you have ordered; with our related company PowerHub for group administration; and with regulators, law enforcement or other parties where the law requires or permits it.
Cookies and analytics
Our website is hosted on Wix and uses cookies for site functionality, security and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
Storage and security
Information may be stored in New Zealand and with service providers located overseas, including in Australia, the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. To do so, or to ask a question about this policy, email sophia.bristow@arcdata.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
